Dr Michael Tsang
Michael is a Leverhulme Early Career Fellow at Newcastle University, and holds a PhD from the University of Warwick with a thesis on Hong Kong English writing. He is published in Inter-Asia Cultural Studies, Asiatic, Sanglap, The Future of English in Asia (Routledge), and his monograph, Hong Kong and its English Writing: At Interregnum, is forthcoming with Routledge. He is a founding editor of the academic journal Hong Kong Studies (Chinese University Press), the first bilingual academic journal to put Hong Kong at its focus. He is also a staff reviewer for Cha: An Asian Literary Journal, where he has developed a rich profile of reviews on Hong Kong and Asian literatures.
